A fantastic office and a genuinely lovely place to work. The team always puts on wonderful social events that bring everyone together and create such a positive atmosphere. It’s a welcoming, enjoyable workplace with a great culture.

Where so many co-working spaces get it wrong - Beyond, The Bower gets it right. A fantastic space, and community which is a direct result of Maddie and Kem. Really and truly, a reception team make or break a space like this and the ladies here really do care. It makes my day when I'm in the office as I know I'll be greeted with care, a smile and professionalism. A lot has been said about the free coffee and the community breakfasts and I would have to agree with them. Where teams might stick with each other in other places - these arrangements encourage conversations with everyone there on the day. You get a real sense of community here and the vibes are immaculate. Thank you, Maddie and Kem for being excellent and providing a space that feels welcoming, calm and positive. 100/10 - would recommend. Kiera
