I recently visited Mainyard Studios and came away really impressed. From the moment I arrived, Jason was incredibly helpful and welcoming—he took the time to show me around two of the buildings and answered all my questions with genuine enthusiasm. The spaces themselves are fantastic—clean, well-maintained, and generously sized. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into keeping the studios in great condition, and the layout offers plenty of flexibility depending on your needs. For the price, the value is genuinely impressive, especially considering the quality of the facilities. What stood out most to me, though, was the sense of community. There’s a really positive, collaborative atmosphere among the people who work there. I particularly liked the idea of their weekly communal lunches on Wednesdays, where everyone comes together to share ideas, offer support, and connect. It feels like a place where people genuinely want to help each other grow, and where you can learn from others who are more experienced in their fields. Overall, Mainyard Studios offers not just great workspace, but a supportive and inspiring environment. It’s definitely something I’m seriously considering in the near future, and I left feeling like it’s a community I’d really like to be part of.

The studio manager Jason spent one hour introducing every section of the building. Knowing that I just started running my business, Jason gave me a lot of practical advice for commercial lease and business startup. I'm very impressed by how well he knows about every business in the building and being passionate supporting each of them and make social connections for this community. Very professional and friendly.
