We have an office with over 15 people and we are very happy with the service we have received. There have been a few issues over the past 2 years but every time they arise, the management team has been keen to address and resolve them. The new building manager, Miran, has been very professional and everyone has commented on how he has made a difference. He has a lovely and helpful number two, Danielle, who has always been very helpful and professional too. These are people that make us all happy tenants as you know that when inevitable issues occur, they will be sorted out quickly.

Re-uploading this review, as Regus somehow managed to have the original moved — shocking, but sadly just part of the games they play. Honestly, a very poor experience overall. Rent increases were excessive — one of ours was over 100%, which ultimately pushed many tenants to move to Clockwise, so you may as well save yourself the hassle and go there in the first place. There were ongoing issues with safety and management. The smell of marijuana was common on our floor. Police attended the building after someone was shouting sexual abuse out of a window. I also damaged my car exiting the car park due to a faulty barrier, which required driving up onto the footpath to get out. Security was a major concern. I was issued a fob that appeared to grant access to multiple doors throughout the building. The main entrance was frequently left open, and I personally witnessed a fight in the communal hallways. This is only a summary — I could genuinely write much more about the issues we experienced. I would not recommend renting here.
